By using hvacquotematch.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
HVACQuoteMatch provides a platform for homeowners to request HVAC-related quotes and for us to share those requests with contractors. We are a matching and marketing service. We are not a contractor, general contractor, or insurer. We do not perform HVAC work and do not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, provide a quote, or complete work.
The Site and matching service are provided "as is." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVACQuoteMatch and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for contractor workmanship, pricing disputes, property damage, or personal injury arising from services arranged with third parties. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site shall not exceed $100.
Do not misuse the Site (spam, scraping, fraud, illegal activity, or attempts to disrupt service). We may refuse or remove requests at our discretion.
Site content, branding, and design are owned by HVACQuoteMatch or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVACQuoteMatch from claims arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your dealings with contractors.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
